Spencer Kirkpatrick is a native of Asheville, NC. He and his family have strong ties to the area as his family origins are in Buncombe County and Haywood County. For many generations, his family has been involved in various aspects of real estate throughout western North Carolina. Prior to being a licensed broker, Spencer assisted his family business in real estate development and residential appraising. This experience afforded him the opportunity to learning an in-depth knowledge of our region’s real estate market.
